Metal Detecting Gold & Coins with neswiper – www.metaldetectorx.com – A very productive day metal detecting with the Minelab ETRAC. Not because of what I dug out of the ground, but because of what I am still learning about this metal detector. By golly, I do believe the Advanced Setting’s High Trash Density and Difficult Ground settings are deeper in certain areas The audio is crazy compared to my typical settings. The behavior of the coil is considerably different with the filters on. Trying this for 30 minutes in the past threw off my game. After using the filters on for over two hours, I now finally see their advantages in certain conditions. The changes seem subtle until you use it for an hour or more. As I have been saying, the gold is laying everywhere. I am closing in on The Gold. – neswiper neswiper uses the Minelab E-TRAC Metal Detector, SunRay X-1 Target Probe, 18X15 SEF Coil Minelab E-TRAC www.metaldetectorx.com
