This one is hard to beat….Went metal detecting for Civil War Relics and old silver coins near a Rebel Campsite area in Louisiana. Metal detecting tips too. I show all my gear used for metal detecting for beginners and offered a few metal detecting tips. Later in the day, I dug a VERY RARE Memphis Novelty works Confederate States Officer’s Spur!!! Didn’t know what I had at first. Once I saw the CS, went back & found the other spur pieces. WOW !

Today Lookin4seated and I went out for a 5hr metal detecting hunt in the woods and found lots of treasure!!! We both use Minelab metal detectors, SE Pro & Etrac.
